Centifigural casting

Production of castings from TIN and ZINC alloys.

Production capacity up to 10 000 pcs per day. (Depends on sizes of castings).

Vulcanization molding

Manufacture of rubber and silicone molds for centrifugal casting. Depending on the dimensions of the casting mold can be used with a diameter of 230 mm or 350 mm.

Quantity castings in one mold is dependent on the size of the casting. For small products it is possible to make multiple mold with up to 50 pieces.

Materials of molds

Black / Rubber - for castings of tin alloys (max. 320°C)
Silicone - for castings alloys of tin and zinc (max. 450°C)

3D graphics and 3D printing

Making designs in profesional CAD softwares. 3D pritnting of prototypes. We are using profesional 3D printers with high resolution and printed prototypes can be made with very fine details.

Prototypes can be printed in resolution 50μm(0,05mm) XY and layering up to 15μm(0,015mm) in Z.
